No-Show, Cancellation, and Tardiness Policies for Patients

At Très Jolie Medical Spa, we strive to provide the best possible care and services to all of our valued patients. To ensure smooth and efficient operations and to accommodate the needs of all our patients, we have established the following policies regarding no-shows, cancellations, and tardiness. We kindly ask all patients to read and adhere to these policies:

1. No-Show Policy:

A "no-show" occurs when a patient misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or providing any prior notice. No-shows can be disruptive to our schedule and prevent other patients from receiving timely care.

  • First No-Show: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, for the first no-show, we will notify the patient to remind them of their missed appointment and kindly request their cooperation in keeping future appointments.

  • Subsequent No-Shows: In the event of repeated no-shows, we reserve the right to require a prepayment for future appointments or may need to discontinue providing services to the patient.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly request that patients notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Tardiness Policy:

We highly value the time of both our patients and our practitioners. Being punctual is essential to maintain the quality of care and ensure all scheduled treatments can be performed effectively.

  • Tardiness Impact on Appointments: If a patient arrives late for their appointment, it may result in a shortened treatment session or the need to reschedule the appointment to avoid delays for other patients.

  • Waiting Area: We encourage patients to arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process.

Communication and Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise, and we encourage open communication with our clinic. If you encounter any difficulties in keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate special cases and find a suitable solution.
